Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, unless the arbitrator determines that a different allocation is appropriate.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles. Any legal action that cannot be resolved through the dispute‑resolution procedures set forth above shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in the United States, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will post the revised Terms on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease, and you must destroy any copies of the Site’s content in your possession.
